License to Drive™ is an intensive 13 week group workshop for existing and new managers. This workshop
will give the participant the neccessary skills to be a more confident, prepared, and successful leader.

Workshop Overview:
*Format is lecture and facilitated discussion. Case studies, multimedia and roleplaying will be utilized to
deepen the learning experience
*Participants will meet once per week for 2 hours.
*Groups will not exceed
8 persons
*Participants will be assigned a workshop partner
*Workshop is open to existing managers,
business owners, manager trainees, and anyone wishing to become a manager

Participants will
be required to read The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner and Harvard Essentials: The Manager's Toolkit. Participants will complete a book review
for each.
