the customers. He went on to marry Kimberly at the age of 19 and started leading a family. He then began his career in the
Christian ministry.

the subject in 1995, and has not released his hold! Keith's library numbers over 2,500 volumes. Many of those works are
devoted to leadership, personal development, business and managment. One of his friends says, "Keith is the only pastor
I know that is also a businessman." Keith follows a strict plan for personal development. He contributes his success
in life to this.
I've worked hard at learning without the constraints of a classroom. That's
why most people assume I hold a Master's degree or higher. I have been educated in the school of experience and by the
greatest minds in history through their writings, lectures, and live, conference presentations. Because of my broad background
and wide interest range, I would confidently say that I am an expert in the fields of non-profit management, executive leadership,
staffing, and public speaking. It has been said that if one commits one hour per day for five years to any subject, that person
becomes an expert. I have dedicated 23 years of my life to the academic and experiential pursuit of leadership, theology,
and managment. I believe I qualify."
In 2005, Keith and Kim left a very stable pastoral position to begin
a new phase of their life. Keith has worked as a program director for the nation's largest human services agency,
ResCare. In that capacity, he recruited, hired, and trained a professional staff, established the offices, and lead the program's
expansion. He is a ResCare certified supervisor and is certified to conduct internal investigations with ResCare.
